Introducing Click to Call Phone Numbers for Google AdWords on Mobile Devices
Google launches ‘Click to Call’ — inserting phone numbers in local AdWords ads on mobile devices. This marks another exciting update to the Blue Poppy product offering for our hyper-local, geo-targeted paid search advertisers.
Starting Feb 2010 users on mobile devices with full Internet browsers can see business phone numbers and call the advertiser’s location directly from your ads. The cost of a click to call for your business is the same as the cost of a click (CPC) to visit your website.
We’ll be able to review how many calls each of our advertisers receive from their ads at the campaign, ad group or keyword level! We hope this new feature enables you to connect more easily with your potential customers.
